4/26/12 Meeting

Meeting called to order.Watch facebook for postings on Autism walk this weekend. They would like vendors to set up tables and hold a raffle with funds helping to raise money for IPADs for the children. The set up time will be 12:00 to 12:30 with the walk beginning at 1:00. Members would be allowed to hang one piece on the wall. We need to decide because the deadline to let them know is in a couple of weeks. Seven members presentDeb H. called the meeting to order.Lisa gave a treasury report.Web site bill $24.95/mo. Do we keep the website, or only use facebook. Majority decided it looked professional to have a web page. Suggestion made to pay once a year and see if we get a discount. The 53 week challenge was not of my doing.   I assume you do spring now   and fall in 6 months ... or does spring look like fall now... or do you have spring in your yard where fall still lingers ??? That is part of the challenge... what does it mean to you.

Spring break and March meeting... some of the schools are out the week of March 21 - 25th. Our meeting will be March 31st ... I wish this would accommodate everyone. Sorry if it messes up your plans ... we would be happy to have your input and try to implement any suggestions into the meeting agenda and we could report back to you as to the outcome. With my limits, that is the best I can offer. Sorry, I failed ... I hang my head ... I am full of shame... NNNNNAHHH ... Just doing the best I can for what I get paid. LOL
